Let's be dangerous.

I have nothing much to post really, but I've been finding a way to shove down that cheesy post right there, it makes me sick. Plus I have to get back on posting here, have to find ways to keep it alive. So here. This is a photoset of the Motorcross event my brothers went to last March. I love them dangerous photos.

Some awesome flying photos.

I'm not so much a fan of manly sports like these, but now I think it's cool. I want more of this. Soon, perhaps. I want to start spending more time outdoors. But I don't think I'll be able to sometime soon, not with this weather and the workload of my semester. I think it's getting a bit cold these days, no?

That would be all for now, until something comes out of my preoccupied mind. I love you, always.

The side effects of you.

Some nights I find it difficult to sleep because of you. I would try to shut my eyes hard, hoping it would help me shove away all the thoughts about you lingering in my damned mind, all the picturesque memories I have come to memorize in the past weeks.  I should never be left alone with my thoughts at night. They are like a torture. Sometimes I feel I think about you too much.

And it sucks. It sucks that right now, and the next long months to come all I can ever do is think about you. Never touch you, never feel your face close against mine, never feel the warmth of your embrace, never feel your kisses once again. At least not in the next eight months. Eight freaking months. How am I supposed to live with this?

I have done great alone before. Since when did spending a day without you or a text message from you become this difficult? I guess this is what love does to you – it makes you need someone so badly to overcome each day. It’s one good reason why long distance relationships suck the most.

It's bad enough that you are going to be far for months. Why does it have to be even harder like this? This is selfish, I know, but I will always be almost over the edge, and you will seldom be there to comfort me when I need you the most. And it sucks that no one in this universe can ever be blamed for the choices I have made. Not even you. These are the side effects you left me, and I guess I just have to suck up and live with it until you come back.

Here’s to more sleepless nights and bittersweet memories coming to haunt me in the next months.

Un-funnied: 0 and 8

My friends are a miscellany of crazy and fun. They like to make me laugh to death with punchlines only I sometimes laugh at. So what am I, abnormal? Not quite; I guess I'm just a little too nice (or naive) for laughing even at the unfunniest joke thrown at the table.

This is an attempt to bring some of those "punchlines" into life, and post it here. This will be the first time I'm posting something like this here, so here goes.

Cue dialog.
What did 0 tell 8 when they met?

"Nice belt, sexy."
Cue boisterous laugh. End cue.

Lol sorry. I know I just un-funnied the joke. I swear it sounds funnier when you hear it from my crazy, crazy friends. Oh god I'm such a loser when it comes to making people laugh.

So anyway, I guess I'll be posting more of this soon. I feel like some jokes deserve to be shared, it's such a waste hearing jokes and laughing at it for seconds. Every funny joke deserves a share. And besides, I'll be needing much of these in the coming months. Guess why.

So there, laugh often everyone!

Touch down senior year.

So hey there.

I'm alive! I'm not sure you people remember me being in your Following list but I guess you guys deserve a “Hello I still exist” post from this loser right here. I’ve been trying to post something… anything here but I swear the blinking cursor just won’t move every. freaking. time. I’m telling you I always end up staring flatly at a blank post box.

Sometimes I wish I had a more exciting life you know? One that’s filled with schedules and trips and food and adventures I can take photos of and post here. Instead I have this life – all books, and movies and sleeping and reading and having chats with awesome people.

No worries. I’ve got one more year left and I’ll be on my own, venturing into the unknown world of employment (or unemployment) blah blah.

But that’s a year ahead. Right now I just have to focus on acing my senior year and partying hard. This year is going to be awesome. This year is going to be fun. This year is going to rock. It just has to.

P.S. My awesome batchmates say hello.

For the doubt.

To the one who owns the forehead next to mine,

I am aware of the risk I am taking. True, I'm terrified and it is sad, but I am also happy and it is beautiful. I know I am not exactly the best person to be with. But I hope I am enough. I hope what we have now, this, right here, is enough.  Because I have made my choice and that is you. And I will stand by it for as long as I can.

Quick photoset for fillers: Mambukal

I've been meaning to blog about my recent travels when I have time on the internet, but because of my being the biggest sloth in town, I always just end up browsing instead. To get back with my inexcusable absence, let me give you a glimpse of our Social Recreation fieldtrip to Mambukal Resort last February.

Some awesome silhouette shots by Gia while Jahno and I were doing ziplining.

I love Gia's precision in taking these photos. They're really pretty motion photos.

That's me and Jahno rowing. I didn't know how incredibly deep the waters were until I was on it. Imagine rowing on a two feet wide canoe over twelve feet deep water. Yikes.

That's Gia, Flora, and some other classmates rowing a four-seat version.

As for the events of my summer, well, so far there are.... none. I'm in Samar for my Lolo's funeral. It's such a sad reunion. The house feels different without him. I will be back soon though for my summer internship. I can't wait to share to you both my misadventures and adventures while in it. Have a good summer break, everyone!

Nineteen and sexy.

Ladies and gents, the nineteen year old pose. Inspired by one of the bloggers I frequent the most, Rainy. I hope you don't mind me copying your pose in a fail attempt to look a little more decent in this post.

So today I just turned nineteen and I have a lot of people to thank for it. Thank you, most especially, to that person who made this day special by unexpectedly sending me a handwritten letter by mail and a package I will perhaps hold dearly in the nights to come; to the people who made me feel even more special by performing the Palmolive dance craze just because I requested for it; to the people who continue to make me feel special by telling me how better their days become just because I exist; to the family I am most proud of about my existence. Thank you, thank you. There are no words beautiful enough to even begin to explain how awesome my friends and family are. I love them so much it's severely abnormal.

I am beautiful. I am bold. I am sexy. I am smart. I am nineteen. But only because they exist - my friends and family. Without them, I am absolutely nothing.

Pre-April jitters.

Guess who's enjoying her very own .info domain right now? This girl.

It feels so... I can't even... I can't.. I want to... Right now, all I really wanna do is scream. My plans are finally coming to life, piece by piece. I've always wanted to own a domain, this is, of course much thanks to Jen, who's been so patient about me claiming my prize for her giveaway. Also, as you can see, I've changed my layout into something much more... colorful. Pink is the color of the month... to symbolize cheekiness, happiness, love, gay-ness?

But of course. You should see my face right now, I look exactly like this. There are no words good enough to explain the feeling.

Anyhooo, yes, my birth month is nearing, and so I'm cooking some good stuff for my blog now that I have officially registered my own domain for one year. One freaking year can you believe it? Cause really, I can't.

But for now, I do hope you guys enjoy your Holy Week Celebration, while I slump on my couch as I work my ass off for the approaching schoolwork deadlines. So many things to be done, so little time. Ciao for now.

Ridiculously deranged but happy.

I've been such a huge anti-socialnetworkingsite lately. My facebook is dead silent, tweeting has become a weekly ritual rather than daily (at least), and my promises on revamping this blog and claiming my .info domain prize soon is almost becoming so impossible to fulfill.

But you see, it's good cause I'm beginning to dole out more time on my extra curricular whereabouts. My school duties are doing better than ever. Though I'm still crossing my fingers for better grades this semester.

My lovelife is... not a lovelife. Eitherway it's enough reason for me to smile a little more often that usual. Let's just say I'm in those days where... uhm.. I can always uhhh... tell someone how my days were. It's good to have someone tell you it's going to be better tomorrow when you've had a rough day.

Here's to knowing what you need to be happy. I know what I need - a good amount of sleep, a cup of coffee in a beautiful morning, tons of good vibes from people around me and, someone always there to lean on. Who says you have to be in love to be happy?

Anyone else but me.

There is that moment, perhaps in one of your random normal days, when you stare at empty space, and ask yourself, "Who am I?"

Sometimes I forget I should think of myself as someone who is worth something - anything. Do you know that feeling? When you just feel so small, so incredibly worthless, that despite wanting so bad to grow back to your normal useful self, you just curl up, and disappear into space instead?

I'm sad. I'm weak. I'm scared. I'm empty. I'm as light as a group of clouds floating in vast space. Right now, I want to be anyone else but myself.
